Everything a New Business Needs to Go Live
Starting a business means standing up a website, a brand, a way to get found, somewhere for enquiries to land and a process to handle them. The Startup Launchpad delivers all of it as one programme, with one team accountable for how it fits together.
Why We Built It
New businesses usually end up managing four or five suppliers at once — a designer, a developer, someone for SEO, someone for the CRM, and eventually someone for automation. Each one does their part properly, and the joins between them are where things break.
The Launchpad exists because those joins are the actual problem. When the same team builds the site, the growth infrastructure and the automation, tracking works on day one, the CRM matches the enquiry form, and nobody has to arbitrate between two suppliers blaming each other.
The Journey
Eight stages, run in order. How long each takes depends on what you're building — we agree that during scoping rather than quoting a timeline before we understand the work.
- 01
Strategy
We work out what you're actually launching, who it's for, and what has to be true for it to work.
Before anything gets built we agree the proposition, the audience and the commercial model. This is also where we decide what is genuinely needed for launch and what is a phase-two idea — the single biggest driver of whether a launch stays on budget.
- 02
Digital Foundation
Domain, brand basics, email, hosting and analytics — set up properly and in your name.
Domain registration, business email, hosting, DNS, analytics and the core brand assets. All of it registered to you and documented, so you are never locked out of your own infrastructure or dependent on us to access it.
- 03
Website, Product or MVP
The thing customers actually use. Scoped to what you need to get to market, not everything you might one day want.
Depending on the business this is a marketing site, a booking or ordering flow, a customer portal or a first version of the product itself. Built with the same engineering practices we apply to larger client work: version control, review, testing and documentation.
- 04
Growth Infrastructure
Technical SEO, landing pages, tracking and the conversion journey, built into the product rather than bolted on later.
Site structure, metadata, structured data, performance and the conversion path are handled during the build rather than retrofitted. Retrofitting SEO and analytics onto a finished site is consistently more expensive than designing for them from the start.
- 05
CRM & Lead Systems
Somewhere for enquiries to land, with the follow-up process defined so nothing sits unanswered.
Enquiries route into a system rather than a personal inbox, with the stages, owners and follow-up steps defined. The aim is that no enquiry is lost simply because nobody was sure whose job it was.
- 06
Automation
The manual admin around onboarding, reporting and routine replies handled automatically where it makes sense.
Once the process is running we automate the repetitive parts of it — onboarding steps, routine responses, recurring reports and data moving between systems. We automate what is stable and well understood, and leave judgement calls with people.
- 07
Launch
Go live with the technical checks done — performance, indexing, forms, tracking and fallbacks all verified.
A launch checklist covering performance, accessibility, search indexing, form delivery, analytics, error handling and backups. We verify each item on the live environment rather than assuming staging behaviour carries over.
- 08
Ongoing Optimisation
Review what the data shows after launch and keep improving the parts that matter most.
After launch we review what the analytics and enquiry data actually show, and prioritise changes accordingly. Launch is the point at which you start learning what works, not the end of the project.
What's Included
Scoped per business — not every launch needs every element, and we'll tell you which ones yours can skip.
- Proposition and launch scoping

- Website, application or MVP build
- Technical SEO and performance
- Conversion journey and landing pages
- CRM and enquiry routing

We scope, price and sequence each Launchpad individually. We don't quote fixed delivery windows or forecast leads, traffic or revenue before the work is scoped.
