By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

You may read, print and share our pages for your own or your organisation’s use in assessing whether to work with us. In return, please do not:

• —use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• —attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• —submit anything through the enquiry form that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights;
• —scrape, mine or bulk-copy the site’s content for republication or to build a competing offer;
• —send automated or bulk submissions through the enquiry form.

We may restrict access to the site, or to anyone abusing it, without notice.

Nothing on this site is a contractual offer, and nothing on it is a quote. Sending the enquiry form or booking a call starts a conversation — it does not commit either of us to anything, and it does not create a contract.

Work begins only once we have agreed scope, price and timings in writing and both sides have signed. Any indication of timescale, price or approach given before that point is an estimate based on what we knew at the time.

We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day. That is how we work, not a guarantee, and it does not run over weekends or UK public holidays.

We keep this site accurate, but it is marketing material describing what we do, written in general terms. It is not professional, technical or legal advice, and it is not a specification. Do not make a decision with financial or operational consequences on the strength of a page here — ask us, and we will give you an answer for your situation.

The use cases and worked examples on this site are illustrative. They describe the kind of outcome the approach is designed to produce, and they are labelled as illustrative where they appear. They are not a promise of any particular result for you. What a system achieves depends on your data, your processes and your business, none of which we can assess from here.

Everything on this site — text, design, graphics, code, the YugVeda AI name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reuse it commercially without our written permission. Quoting a short extract with a link back to the source is fine.

Work produced during a client engagement: you own your data throughout, and you own the bespoke deliverables we build for you once they are paid for in full. We keep our background IP — the pre-existing and reusable tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies, libraries and know-how we bring to the work or develop generally. Where any of that is built into something we deliver to you, you get a perpetual licence to use it as far as you need to in order to use what we delivered. We take no rights over your own content or over the deliverables themselves.

Whatever that position is, it is set out in full in the engagement contract. This site does not vary it.

The site links to services we do not run — Calendly for booking, WhatsApp for messaging, our social profiles, and our ForeSight Ops product site. Links are there for convenience and are not an endorsement of the operator’s terms or privacy practices. Once you leave this site, that operator’s terms apply and we are not responsible for what happens there.

We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. We may also update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and because this site is provided free of charge and for information: we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into your use of it, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Our liability for the work we do for clients is dealt with in the engagement contract, not here.

If you are using this site as a consumer rather than for business purposes, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what we store in your browser is in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of your use of this site.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
